Baba Lease and Investment Private Limited adheres strictly to the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and RBI Master Direction on Know Your Customer (KYC), 2016.
- Customer Identification Procedure (CIP): Mandatory verification of identity via Aadhaar, PAN, and video KYC.
- Data Preservation: Customer KYC records and transaction logs are preserved securely for at least 5 years post loan completion.
